And bellief it or not, all that for free, honestly. I just gave it a try after a friend recommended this German publisher, located in Munich to me. It is called GRIN. You may have a look here for more details: http://www.grin.com And if any questions come up you can give them a call or write to them (like I did before going ahead with my publishing plans) - they are all very helpful to realize one's publishing plans.
